Benefits of Quinoa

Love to eat rice?  Wanna know a great substitute for it?  It's Quinoa!   Quinoa is one of the most popular grains available and is a great source of:

  • Dietary fiber
  • Iron,
  • Protein, providing all nine amino acids necessary for health.


No matter how busy of a life style you may have, Quinoa takes 10 to 15 min to make and tastes amazing!  Have it for breakfast as a cereal, mix it with vegetables, add it to soups, or mix it with anything you desire!  It is gluten free but be sure to check the label on your product.
